And FHA/HUD is also offering cash money to short sellers at closing for short selling versus letting their home be foreclosed.

    And your lien holder (lender) pays all your closing costs, back taxes, and agent commissions too; so a short sale is done at no out-of-pocket expense to the homeowner (your lender pays everything for you). It is also important to note that I charge no up-front fees of any kind and you can cancel my service agreement at anytime.

    This isn't the easiest situation to deal with. However, confronting an unaffordable mortgage head-on with the right information can help homeowners regain financial stability.
